فلفل حريف

I went with the 2 oz size since I only cook for two, and it's the perfect amount of heat for chili and eggs. The zip pouch actually reseals properly, which I wasn't expecting from such an inexpensive spice.

I grabbed the 4 oz bag expecting it to last a while, and the heat is genuinely fresh—way more punch than the dusty jar I had sitting in my cabinet for two years. Sprinkled some into chili and it woke the whole pot up without tasting bitter.

The 2 oz size is perfect for my spice rack since I don't go through cayenne fast enough to justify a bigger jar. Heat level is solid and consistent, and it woke up my chili way better than the old stuff I had sitting in the cabinet.
