كبسولات عرف الأسد

Two weeks in and the afternoon brain fog that used to hit around 3pm just isn't showing up anymore. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it's a mushroom that's actually been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries rather than some random new supplement.

I've been taking one capsule with breakfast for about a month now and the mental fog I usually hit around 3pm has mostly cleared up. The bottle lasted longer than I expected too, which is nice since I was worried it'd be another supplement I forget about after a week.

Two weeks in and my afternoon focus feels noticeably steadier, no jittery caffeine crash. I like that it's just mushroom powder in a capsule, nothing extra hiding in the ingredient list.
