The 1 lb bag is the perfect size for how much I cook with. Flavor came through great in a batch of stew, and the resealable top kept the rest fresh.

I went through the whole 1 lb bag in about three weeks, way faster than I planned. The flavor holds up well in soups and rice dishes, which is exactly what I needed from a pantry staple.

The 1 lb bag is way more than I expected for the price, and it's become my go-to for weeknight cooking. Sealed well too, no clumping at all.
