The 2 oz size is perfect for my little kitchen jar, and the aroma when I crush a few needles into olive oil is way stronger than the dried stuff I used to buy. Stems are woody but that's fine for roasting with potatoes.

I grabbed the 4 oz size since I go through rosemary constantly, and the aroma when I opened it was way more potent than the dusty stuff from my grocery store. Stems are sturdy too, no sad crushed bits rattling around the jar.

Bought the 4 oz size and it's been plenty for my weekly cooking. The aroma is strong and fresh, way better than the dusty jar I had sitting in my pantry for a year. Dries nicely too when I hang a bit of it upside down.
