I switched from paper filters and the difference is real — the leaves actually have room to open up and the cup tastes fuller. The clasp holds tight too, no stray bits floating around.

The mesh is fine enough that almost no leaf bits escape into my cup, which was my main worry. I've been using it daily for loose chamomile and the herbs really do open up fully instead of staying cramped. Cleaning takes about ten seconds under the tap.

I was skeptical about how much flavor a ball could really release, but the mesh gives my loose chamomile room to swell instead of cramming it tight. Two minutes in and the tea tastes noticeably fuller than with my old flat infuser.
