Gotu Kola od Tha Alkaline Hour je k dispozici ve více velikostech, které vyhovují vašim potřebám. Vyberte si z možností 1 oz, 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz nebo 1 lb.
I went with the 4 oz this time since the 1 oz ran out faster than expected, and the size options make it easy to stock up without overcommitting. The powder mixes in fine and I've been taking it daily for a few weeks now.
I ordered the 4 oz size and it's been lasting me way longer than I expected. Mixing a small scoop into my morning tea has become a habit I actually look forward to.
I’ve been steeping about a half teaspoon of this in hot water each evening, and the 1 lb option is great value since I go through it quickly. The dried leaves look vibrant and fresh, not crushed to dust like some other herbs I’ve tried. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.
