The 4 oz size lasts me almost two months since I only use half a teaspoon a day. Dissolves fine in warm water, though it settles if you let it sit, so I just stir again.
I stir a scoop into my morning coffee and barely taste it, which is exactly what I wanted. The 2 oz size is perfect for testing whether I'd actually stick with it before committing to the bigger jar. Two weeks in and I haven't missed a day.
