Benjamin H. ★★★★★

Kept a few of these in the fridge and they've become my go-to after a long run — way lighter than the sugary sports drinks I used to grab. The alkaline thing sounded like a gimmick but it genuinely goes down smooth and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste.

I've been swapping my afternoon soda for this and the alkaline thing actually makes it feel gentler on my stomach. It's refreshing straight from the fridge after a run, not too sweet like some brands I've tried.

The alkaline balance is exactly why I grabbed this, and it does feel lighter on my stomach than regular bottled water. I've been swapping my afternoon soda for a glass of this and the clean taste makes it an easy habit to keep.
