Shilajit (Resin)

I was skeptical about the tar-like texture at first, but it dissolves fine in warm water and I've noticed steadier energy through my afternoon workouts. The fulvic acid and mineral content is what sold me, and it feels like the real deal compared to the capsules I used before.

The texture threw me off at first, but dissolving a rice-grain-sized piece in warm water makes it easy to take every morning. Three weeks in, my afternoon energy has been noticeably steadier.

I was honestly skeptical about the resin form, but a tiny pea-sized amount dissolved into warm water with almost no earthy aftertaste. The fulvic acid content is what convinced me to stick with it, and after three weeks my evening fatigue has noticeably lifted.
