Teh Kesehatan Wanita (Kering)

I was worried loose herbs would be a hassle, but a small strainer makes this just as easy as bags and the flavor is so much fuller. I drink a cup every afternoon now and honestly look forward to it.

I've been steeping this loose leaf blend every morning for two weeks and the difference is subtle but real, especially around that time of month. The herbs taste earthy and slightly floral, and one small scoop goes a long way since there's no tea bag to waste.

I was skeptical about loose leaf since I usually grab tea bags, but the herbs in this blend actually taste fresh and not dusty like some others I've tried. Steeping it for about five minutes gives a smooth cup I genuinely look forward to every morning.
