I was skeptical about yet another herbal supplement, but the fact that this stuff comes from an actual vine with hook-like thorns made me curious enough to try it. Two capsules with breakfast and I've noticed my joints feel less stiff after my morning runs.

Three weeks in and my afternoon energy dip is basically gone. The capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste, which matters since I've ditched others for tasting like dirt.

I've been taking this for about a month now and the antioxidant boost really shows in how I feel day to day. Knowing it comes from a vine used by indigenous tribes for centuries makes me trust it more than the random capsules I tried before.
