The capsules go down easy and don't have that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with from other elderberry pills. Two months in and I haven't caught the colds that usually hit me every winter.
These capsules are so much easier than dealing with sticky syrup. I love that they're packed with antioxidants and the deep purple color reminds me of fresh elderberries. Definitely notice a difference
Took these daily through the whole winter and barely caught a cold. The capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste at all, which I appreciate since I've had elderberry gummies that were way too sweet.
