Tha Alkaline Hourのオニオンパウダーは、お気に入りの料理に savory な深みを加える常備品です。この万能調味料は、料理のニーズに合わせた3つの便利なサイズでご用意しています。
I grabbed the small size to test it out and ended up using it in everything from soups to scrambled eggs. It dissolves quickly without clumping, which I appreciate since some powders just sit on top of the liquid.
The flavor is way more concentrated than the jarred stuff I used before, so a little goes a long way in soups and dry rubs. I grabbed the mid-size and it's lasting me months.
The three size options made it easy to grab a small jar for testing, and it's already become my go-to for soups and marinades. Just a teaspoon adds that deep savory kick I used to fuss with fresh onions for.
