Korzeń Ashwagandhy

Stirred a spoonful into my evening tea and it dissolved way better than the last ashwagandha powder I tried, no gritty clumps at the bottom. The earthy taste is mild enough that I barely notice it. Two weeks in and I'm sleeping through the night more often.
