I drop a handful of fresh leaves into my evening tea and the minty-citrus aroma fills the whole kitchen. It genuinely takes the edge off a stressful day, and the plants have been thriving on my windowsill with barely any care.

I've been steeping a few leaves in hot water before bed and it genuinely takes the edge off a long day. The scent is bright and lemony without being fake, and a little goes a long way.

The aroma alone is enough to put me in a better mood the second I tear open the bag—it's genuinely uplifting. I've been steeping a few leaves in hot water each evening and it has that calming, minty-herbal quality that makes winding down feel intentional.
