Eucalyptus Plants for Shower

Transform your shower into a spa with fresh Eucalyptus — one of the simplest and most effective aromatherapy upgrades you can make to your daily routine. When fresh Eucalyptus is hung in a shower and exposed to steam and heat, it releases its powerfully aromatic essential oils into the air, creating a natural steam inhalation experience that has been used in traditional wellness practices worldwide for generations.

Aboriginal Australians have used Eucalyptus for tens of thousands of years. Traditional healers worldwide have used steam inhalation with aromatic plants as a primary respiratory wellness technique across cultures. Your shower is the most accessible steam room you have access to every single day.

Hang. Steam. Breathe. Ancient aromatherapy in your daily shower.

Tie to your shower head with string. Replace every 1–3 weeks or when fragrance fades. Best used with hot showers for maximum steam release.
