Tha Alkaline Hour offers Spirulina in two convenient sizes, 1 oz and 2 oz, so you can choose the option that best fits your needs. This product is part of the Tha Alkaline Hour brand lineup.
Went with the 1 oz first since I wasn't sure I'd stick with it, and now I'm wishing I'd just gotten the 2 oz. Mixes in fine with my morning smoothie and the smaller jar actually fits in my cabinet.
Grabbed the 2 oz after going through the 1 oz way faster than I expected, and it mixes into my morning smoothie without that gritty texture I've gotten from other powders. Two ounces lasts me about a month, which feels like the right amount before it starts losing potency.
The 1 oz size is perfect for trying out, and I like that there's a 2 oz option for when I need to restock without ordering again. The powder mixes easily into my morning smoothie, and I notice a steady energy boost without any jitters.
