The herb deep dives are what sold me — I finally understand how to actually work with specific plants instead of just reading about them. The alkaline cookin section alone changed how I plan meals for the week.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a class mixing plant medicine with street knowledge, but the alkaline cooking session alone was worth the ticket. The instructors break things down so clearly you can actually apply it the next day.

The herb deep dives are incredibly thorough, really breaking down each plant’s practical uses. The way they blend street-level wisdom with solid educational material makes the content hit different.
