ผลพริกไทยบริสุทธิ์ (ไวเท็กซ์)

My cycle has been way more predictable since I started taking this about two months ago, and the capsules are small enough to swallow without gagging. I take one with breakfast and honestly forgot how much I missed feeling level-headed.

I was skeptical about yet another supplement, but after six weeks of taking this chasteberry daily my PMS mood swings have noticeably evened out. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that herbal aftertaste I've had with other vitex products.

Three months in and my cycle feels like it finally has a rhythm instead of throwing surprises at me. The capsules are easy to swallow and I noticed a calmer mood by the second week, which is exactly what I hoped for with this women’s herb.
