รากชะเอมเทศ

I've been adding a spoonful of this to warm milk before bed and it's become my favorite part of the evening. Went with the 2 oz size first to see how I liked it, and it lasted me a solid few weeks.

Ordered the 4 oz size and the bag was fuller than I expected for the price, no dusty powder at the bottom either. I simmer it into warm milk before bed and the taste is earthy but mild enough to drink plain.

The 4 oz size is perfect if you want to stock up without constantly reordering, and the resealable pouch keeps the roots fresh between uses. I've been steeping about a teaspoon in hot water each evening, and the earthy aroma is quite calming. Definitely glad I went with the larger pack.
