ชิลาจิตกัมมี่

I've been curious about shilajit for a while but the tar-like resin put me off, so these chewable gummies were an easy way in. They fit right into my morning routine and I don't have to deal with measuring or mixing anything.

Swapping my afternoon coffee for one of these chewy gummies has been an easy habit to keep, and the texture is way less gritty than the powder I used to mix. Two weeks in and I'm still reaching for the jar every day, which says a lot for me.

I've been adding these to my morning vitamin lineup and the chewable resin format saves me from dealing with the usual sticky mess. Three weeks in, it's just become an easy part of the routine that I actually look forward to.
