I was skeptical about the earthy taste at first but it blends surprisingly well into hot tea with a little honey. Knowing it's sourced from birch trees in cold climates makes me trust the quality more. Three weeks in and I actually look forward to my afternoon cup.
Switched from capsules to this powder since I wanted a higher dose without swallowing pills all day, and the earthy, slightly bitter taste actually grows on you in coffee. It dissolves well enough if you stir it now and then.
