The gallon size lasts me almost two weeks sipping about a cup a day, which works out way cheaper than the small bottles I used to grab. Taste is earthy and mild, sort of like a light tea, so it goes down easy over 48 hours.
Skeptical at first since I'd never tried anything like this, but after two days of sipping it with extra water I genuinely feel lighter. The taste is earthy and mild, nothing like the bitter teas I expected. Splitting the gallon over 48 hours made it easy to stick with.
