I was skeptical at first but the 16oz size turned out to be perfect for a trial run. The tea steeps into this deep blue color that's honestly kind of fun to watch, and it has a smooth, earthy taste without any bitterness.
I love that I can order the 32oz size for multiple cups; the 16oz was great for trying it out first.
I grabbed the 32oz since I go through tea fast, and it's been lasting me a good while. The brew comes out a nice clear amber and tastes mild, almost like a light oolong, nothing bitter even when I forget it steeping.
