The texture is thicker than the watery stuff I'm used to, and you can actually taste the seeds. Having it unpasteurized makes a real difference — it tastes like I just blended strawberries myself.
I was skeptical about juice that's never pasteurized, but the flavor is genuinely fresh-picked strawberry, not that syrupy candy stuff. You do have to shake it well since it separates, and it's worth it.
