ヨモギ

Dried leaves are potent — a small pinch in my evening tea gave me the most vivid dreams all week. I've been drinking it nightly to support my cycle, and the earthy bitterness is easy to mask with honey.

Brewed a cup of this before bed and that earthy, slightly bitter aroma is genuinely calming. I love that it carries centuries of folklore around women's vitality—makes the whole ritual feel more meaningful.

Tucked a sachet of this under my pillow last week and I've actually been remembering my dreams again, which never happens. The leaves are dry and fluffy, not crushed to dust like the last batch I bought elsewhere. Steeping a teaspoon before bed has become my little ritual.
