バレリアン

The aroma is earthy and strong, exactly what I expected from real valerian root. I've been steeping it before bed for a couple weeks now and it's become my favorite part of winding down.

The distinct earthy aroma of this valerian root is surprisingly calming, and it's been a nice addition to my evening wind-down routine. Exactly what I needed for a traditional herbal option.
