The floral note is genuinely delicate here, not perfumey or soapy like some lavender drinks I've tried. I've been drinking a cup about an hour before bed and it's become my favorite part of winding down.
I've been swapping my evening black tea for this lavender one and the floral flavor is so gentle it doesn't even need sweetener. Steeping it for about four minutes gives the perfect cup to wind down with before bed.
Steeped a cup before bed and it did feel calming, though I needed about double the usual amount to get a flavor I could actually taste. The floral note is delicate rather than perfumey, which I appreciate, but it's a bit faint on its own.
