I've been using this sarsaparilla as a caffeine-free evening tea and the woody, slightly sweet flavor is genuinely pleasant. The dried root pieces smell earthy and fresh out of the bag, nothing stale or dusty about them. Steeps into a nice dark amber cup that's become my nightly ritual.
