瑪卡根

I've been blending a spoonful of this maca powder into my morning smoothies for a few weeks and it mixes in smooth with barely any grit. The earthy taste is mild enough that a banana covers it completely. Nice to know it's been used in Chinese Medicine for centuries, makes me trust it more.
